Andrea Evans

Andrea has been practicing yoga since 1998, first drawn to the mat as a new way to move the body. Ironically, it was love at first savasana (resting pose). Her all-levels vinyasa classes are designed to offer students a personalized experience, empowering them to recognize and receive benefits bespoke to their individual needs. Her teaching intention is that students will cultivate light-heartedness through their practice, feeling strong and balanced in the body, free and spacious in the mind. Andrea completed 200 hours of training at the Sacred Seeds Yoga School with Jacqui Bonwell and is a member of the Yoga Alliance. A life-long learner, Andrea has also studied Yin Yoga and Meditation with Sagel Urlacher and Josh Summers, Yoga Nidra with Sagel, Reiki I and II with Pat Iyer and Denise Cucalon, functional movement with Johnny Gillespie, and Yoga for Trauma, Emotional Health and Healing with Kate Graham. Andrea and her family live in Franklin, MA.
